Draft. Written from what the app does today, for a lawyer to check before it goes live. Text in red still has to be filled in.

What DWorks is

DWorks connects people who want daily or part-time work with people who want to hire. DWorks is not the employer of any worker and is not a party to the work agreed between them. [legal name] runs the app.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and give your real name and phone number. One account per person.

Pay

Employers pay workers directly, the amount shown on the job unless both agree otherwise. DWorks does not take or send money and takes no share of a worker's pay. Posting a job is free.

Plans

Some features may need a paid plan. Any price is shown in the app before you pay, nothing is charged without you choosing it, and you can stop a plan at any time. We will tell you in the app before a feature you use stops being free.

What you must not do

Post fake or illegal jobs, harass anyone, share another person's details without consent, or use DWorks to collect people's phone numbers for other purposes.

Liability

Disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in [Chennai] decide any dispute. Grievances: [grievance officer, email].
